1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Carltine.com ("Carltine", "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
2. Recruiting Platform Role & Disclaimer
Carltine provides matching calculations, physical benchmark comparisons, and scouting directory tools. Carltine is not a sports agency, does not negotiate athletic scholarships or NIL contracts, and does not guarantee college admission, scholarship offers, or roster placement.
3. NCAA & High School Association Compliance
All users (athletes, parents, and coaching personnel) agree to conduct all recruiting communications in strict accordance with the rules established by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA), the Texas High School Coaches Association (THSCA), and respective state high school athletic governing bodies.
4. Truth in Athletic & Academic Metrics
Athletes warrant that all stated physical metrics (height, weight, 40-yard dash, vertical) and academic grade point averages are truthful representations. Intentional falsification of transcripts or combine metrics will result in immediate termination of the user account.
5. Coach & Scout Professional Standards
College coaches agree to utilize prospect contact information solely for authorized collegiate recruiting inquiries and must not resell or distribute prospect data to third parties.
